About Me

I believe healing is both a science and an art

Hi, I'm Ana Murtinho — a neuroscience-informed women's wellness coach, 500hr certified yoga teacher, podcaster, and passionate speaker. I've dedicated my career to bridging the gap between cutting-edge brain science and ancient wisdom.

After my own journey through workplace grooming that led to PTSD, I discovered that when women understand how their nervous systems work, everything changes. Relationships, career, health, creativity; it all comes alive.

Today, I work with women worldwide through 1:1 coaching, group programs, retreats, and my podcast Living Signs; helping them move from survival to a deeply embodied, thriving life.
